Jonathan Buchanan - Chief Executive
Over a period spanning more than 20 years Jonathan has been responsible for the acquisition, project management and development of more than 100 residential projects. Acting for investors operating within the London market, together these developments have had a value in excess of £2billion.
For 6 years Jonathan was a non-executive director of The Notting Hill Housing Group, which has £2.5billion of assets. For that period he also chaired their Development and New Business Committee.
Sally Forbes Watson – Director of Design, Sales and Marketing
For the same time period Sally has directed the teams of architects, designers and technicians responsible for numerous high profile projects including award winning developments such as 'The Icon', 'Eagle Wharf' and 'The Bridge'. At Capital City Sally is responsible for the design and finishes of all projects and heads up the teams of agencies and consultants responsible for marketing and sales.
Simon Frost - Commercial Director
With a degree in Mathematics from Oxford, Simon qualified as an accountant and then moved into banking and finance. After 5 years with Midland Bank Group he was asked to run the international leasing operations of a specialist asset finance bank within the BNP Group.
In 1991 he took up the position of Finance Director of Aviation Holdings Plc, a major UK based aircraft leasing company with over 100 passenger jet aircraft leased to major airlines around the world. In 1994 he became Managing Director, a post he held for some 12 years.
In recent years Simon has operated as an independent business consultant for a wide variety of corporate clients, and in 2009 he joined Capital City as Head of Finance.
Julien Sumner – Head of Sales and Marketing
Julien has worked in luxury brand marketing for over 20 years where his expertise and focus in developing successful client and customer strategies have enabled him to sell some of the world's leading niche brands. Before joining Capital City to head up their sales and marketing function he managed a team of 35 personnel, responsible for the sales of high end sports car brands, including Aston Martin, Ferrari and Porsche to high net-worth individuals.
